APLady recognizes the great responsibility of protecting the privacy of our players.  We take this matter very seriously and make it a priority to protect our player’s confidentiality.  We have put together this statement to inform you of how we at APLady collect our information.

What Information Do We Collect?

Once you access APLady and register an account with us you will need to provide the following information: 

• Name
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Other details to help APLady recognize how you found us.

E-Mail Information

• If and when you decide to send an e-mail to us, we may decide to keep the information you have sent us including your e-mail address and the content of your message.  This information is also protected along with all other details. 

Website Information

• Your IP address (Internet Protocol) is used to help determine problems with our servers and games and also to assist us in managing our website.  It also helps us to possibly identify you and to track your activity within our servers and to gather broad demographic information.  IP addresses may also be used to prevent fraud and collusion.   

What is done with the information that is collected?

At APLady we use the collected information in order to help solve any customer service issues that may come up.  Throughout the year we also have several promotions and activities and we like to use your personal information to share this information with you.  If for any reason you would not like to receive these notices, send us an e-mail and we will discontinue this action. 

How do we secure information transmissions?

All of the communications between our APLady servers in Canada and the client program running on your computer are encrypted using the internationally accepted industry standard SSLv3/TLSv1 encryption algorithm.   This means that your personal information, your account information, and any transaction information is protected using the same level of security that a bank would use.  Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information.  Our business practices limit employee access to the confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.

Changes to this Agreement
There will be times when a Privacy Agreement may need to be updated or changed by APLady and this will be done so as needed.
